Latynex Trade OÜ ("Latynex", "we", "our") provides the following services:
All services are coordination and facilitation services. We do not provide licensed legal, tax, accounting, or financial advisory services.
Each engagement is governed by the package selected and any additional scope confirmed in writing. The scope, deliverables, and fees are as agreed at engagement. Any additional services outside the agreed scope require separate written agreement.
Government fees, registry fees, registered agent fees, legal address costs, contact person fees, accounting and tax partner fees, and banking and payment provider fees are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated in the engagement scope.
We do not guarantee any of the following:
Final decisions on all applications are made by the relevant institutions based on their own internal policies, which are outside our control.
Service fees are due as agreed in the engagement scope. External, government, and third-party fees are invoiced separately and passed through at cost unless otherwise agreed.
The €99 Jurisdiction Plan fee is credited toward any setup package you proceed with within 90 days of the consultation.
Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared in connection with the engagement. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the service fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of business, loss of revenue, or regulatory consequences arising from decisions made by banks, payment providers, government authorities, or other third parties.
All templates, checklists, planning documents, and materials we provide are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute them without our written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
