The specific access actually needed — and what stays with you

Minimal by default, not a blanket request for every credential you own.

What's typically needed

Website hosting/CMS access (to build or connect the site), CRM API credentials or an invited team-member account, and the specific channel credentials being connected (e.g. WhatsApp Business API, email sending domain) — scoped to what's being built, not a blanket request.

What is NOT needed by default

Full admin access to systems unrelated to the project, financial/billing system access, or credentials for tools outside the agreed scope. If a request seems broader than the project needs, that's worth questioning.

Access during vs. after the project

Some access (staging environment, test CRM account) is only needed during build and testing; production credentials are typically requested only at launch, not upfront on day one.

Who owns what afterward

Website, CRM configuration and any accounts created remain yours — see AI Intake Security & GDPR for the related question of who owns and controls lead data specifically.

Questions

Do you need full admin access to our CRM?+

Only what's needed to build the specific integration — usually an invited team member account with relevant permissions, not full admin by default.

Can access be revoked after launch?+

Yes — access used only for build/testing (staging environments, test accounts) can be revoked once launch is confirmed stable.

Who owns the accounts and configuration after the project?+

You do — nothing is built into an account LATYNEX controls independently of you.
