An AI Sales Manager that never lets a lead go cold
Responds within seconds, qualifies every lead, hands off to your CRM — while your team focuses on closing.
Before and after
Before: a visitor fills out a form at 9pm. Nobody sees it until the next morning. By then, they've already messaged two competitors, and one of them replied first. After: the same inquiry gets an instant reply, a couple of qualifying questions, and — if it's a real fit — a note in your CRM and a calendar link, all before you've opened your laptop the next day.
What it actually asks
The questions are specific to your business, not generic. For a service business, a typical exchange looks like:
Example exchange
"Thanks for reaching out — what are you looking to get done, roughly?" → visitor answers → "Got it. Do you have a timeline in mind, and is there a budget range you're working with?" → based on the answer, the lead is either flagged as ready for your team or given a clear next step (a resource, a calendar link, or a note that someone will follow up).
What happens inside your CRM, email and WhatsApp
Once a lead is qualified, it's logged in your CRM automatically — name, contact details, what they're looking for, and how they were qualified. If email follow-up is part of the setup, a sequence starts automatically for leads that aren't ready yet. If WhatsApp is connected, replies happen on the same channel the visitor used, not a redirect to a different app.
What it does not do
It does not replace your sales team. It handles what happens before a real conversation — first response, qualification, and routing. Relationships, negotiation, and closing stay with your people. The goal is that no lead goes cold before your team ever sees it, not that your team stops being involved.
When this is not a good fit
If your sales process depends entirely on long, bespoke conversations from the very first contact — enterprise deals with no standard qualifying questions, for example — an automated first-response layer may add less value than expected. It's built for businesses where a consistent set of questions can reasonably separate a real inquiry from a wrong-fit one.
Privacy and data handling
The AI is configured on your business's services, pricing logic and qualifying criteria — it doesn't pull from or share data outside what's needed to respond to your leads. Contact details collected are stored in the CRM you already use, not a separate system you don't control.
Pricing
From €490/month, setup fee applies. Includes lead qualification logic, CRM and email handoff, and monthly reporting.
Questions
Does it work with my current website?+
In most cases, yes — compatibility is confirmed during the Revenue Audit.
Can it connect to WhatsApp specifically?+
Yes — see WhatsApp Lead Automation for how that channel works in detail.
What if I want the full system later?+
The AI Sales Manager is one component of a Revenue System — you can start here and expand.
Is the AI trained on my business specifically, or is it generic?+
It's configured on your actual services, pricing structure and qualifying criteria — not a generic script reused across clients.
What happens to leads that aren't a good fit?+
They're not ignored — they get a clear, honest next step (information, a resource, or a note that it's not currently a match) instead of silence.
