The operational problem
Across LATYNEX's own businesses, relevant opportunities arrive scattered and high-volume: B2B tenders and RFQs in logistics, freelance project listings across multiple platforms, and community discussions where someone shows real buying intent (not just mentions a keyword). Manually scanning all of it is slow, inconsistent, and misses things.
Why existing tools were insufficient
Generic social-listening and lead-generation tools surface volume, not intent — a bare mention of "my LLC" in an unrelated complaint looks identical to a real buying signal to naive keyword matching. Evaluating every tender manually — deciding whether to bid, partner, or skip — depends on one person's judgment and doesn't scale.
What LATYNEX built
Four purpose-built internal systems, each solving a different flavor of the same problem — filter, don't manufacture: the Tender Broker Agent (classifies B2B tenders/RFQs, scores fit, recommends a role: direct bid / broker / subcontract / skip); Freelance Hunter AI (collects listings across 6+ sources, deduplicates, scores relevance and budget fit); LATYNEX Signals (monitors community discussion for genuine buying-intent, with a classifier tuned across multiple rounds specifically to reject noise); and LATYNEX Intelligence (tracks market signals and produces structured content briefs across business units).
How it works
Each system follows the same shape: collect from multiple sources on a schedule, filter and deduplicate automatically, score against explicit criteria (fit, budget, urgency, or intent-vs-noise), and hand a human a short, ranked, actionable list instead of a firehose. LATYNEX Signals' classifier specifically requires action-word co-occurrence, not a bare entity or jurisdiction mention, after several tuning rounds that caught real false positives (complaint threads, career talk, existing-owner operational pain being misread as new-purchase intent).
How we use it internally
The Tender Broker Agent maintains a live pipeline of ACTIVE/WATCH/SKIP tenders for LATYNEX's own logistics business. Freelance Hunter AI delivers a daily ranked shortlist via Telegram that we act on directly. LATYNEX Signals runs on manual trigger only, by deliberate design — not an always-on cron — feeding an internal, password-protected panel with cached Russian translation. LATYNEX Intelligence produces daily digests per business unit, with publishing itself kept as a human-approved step, on purpose.
What is verified
Tender Broker Agent: 6 active tenders tracked with structured ACTIVE/WATCH/SKIP status, decision time reduced from an estimated 20–40 minutes to under 5 minutes per tender. Freelance Hunter AI: 6+ live sources monitored, review time reduced from roughly 2 hours daily to under 15 minutes. LATYNEX Signals: 51 actionable signals identified out of 148 total tracked, as of the July 2026 cleanup — after multiple classifier-tuning rounds specifically to cut false positives.
What is intentionally not claimed
These figures describe internal time saved and signal quality, not revenue generated or deals closed — we do not claim a dollar figure these systems produced, because that would require attributing a specific won deal to the tool rather than to the person who acted on its output, which we can't honestly separate. LATYNEX Signals' cron is deliberately manual-only; we don't claim it as a 24/7 automated pipeline because it isn't one, by choice.
How this architecture can be adapted
