A disclosure, upfront
LATYNEX Company is our own business-formation platform for non-resident founders (Estonia OÜ, US LLC, UK LTD) — see Portfolio, labeled as our own web platform, not a third-party client.
What inbound inquiries actually look like
Jurisdiction confusion ("which structure fits my situation") is the single most common inquiry type, followed by banking/payment-readiness questions that arrive after the jurisdiction decision, not before.
Qualification questions that actually matter
Nationality/residency, target market (EU, US, marketplace-specific like Amazon), and whether banking/payment processing readiness is the actual blocker — these three separate a genuinely qualified inquiry from someone still comparing jurisdictions in the abstract.
CRM fields and follow-up
Jurisdiction interest, residency, and business type are the CRM fields that actually change how a lead is followed up — generic "name and message" fields lose this context and force a manual re-ask on the first reply.
Multilingual requirements
Non-resident founder audiences are inherently multilingual — LATYNEX Company runs EN/RU/DE for this reason, and the lead-capture flow needs to route by language, not just by jurisdiction interest.
Questions
Is this an actual client case study?+
No — it's our own platform, LATYNEX Company, honestly labeled. See Portfolio for how it's described there.
Does this apply to immigration or relocation services specifically?+
The qualification pattern is adjacent but not identical — immigration/relocation has its own regulatory constraints we haven't built for directly yet.
Is LATYNEX Company a separate business from LATYNEX Digital?+
Yes — this page applies Digital's lead-automation approach to a company-formation lead flow; it isn't an offer of company-formation services itself.
