E-commerce, built or connected honestly to your real scale

Storefronts, checkout, subscriptions and AI product assistance — not a claimed enterprise-commerce capability we haven't proven.

What we build directly

  • Custom storefronts and product catalogues
  • Checkout flows integrated with a compliant payment processor
  • Subscription/recurring billing flows
  • Customer accounts and order management
  • CRM integration and post-purchase email/follow-up — see [Integrations](/ai/integrations/)
  • An AI product assistant for qualification and guidance on high-ticket items specifically
  • Internal dashboards for orders/inventory visibility

Custom build vs. connecting to an existing platform

For standard product catalogues, integrating with an established platform (Shopify or similar) is often faster and cheaper than a fully custom storefront — a custom build earns its cost when your sales flow, pricing logic or qualification needs are genuinely non-standard.

Where AI genuinely helps: high-ticket qualification

For higher-priced items where a buyer needs guidance before purchasing, an AI product assistant that asks qualifying questions before recommending a product functions similarly to AI Lead Qualification — genuinely useful there, less relevant for low-consideration, high-volume commodity purchases.

Honest limitations

We have not built large-scale enterprise-commerce systems (high SKU counts with complex multi-warehouse logistics, for example) — we won't claim that capability. This fits a focused storefront, a subscription product, or a custom checkout/qualification flow layered onto an existing platform.

Questions

Should we build custom or use Shopify?+

For a standard catalogue, an established platform is usually faster and cheaper — custom is justified when your actual sales logic is genuinely non-standard.

Do you handle payment processing custom-built?+

No — checkout integrates with a compliant established processor, same principle as our approach to Marketplace Development.

Can you add AI to an existing Shopify (or similar) store?+

Yes — an AI product assistant or qualification layer can often be added on top of an existing platform rather than requiring a full custom rebuild.
