How a Revenue System actually gets built
Not a bundle of tools. One connected system — scoped after a Revenue Audit, not before.
What's included
- Website — the foundation everything else runs on, conversion-structured, not a digital brochure
- AI Sales Manager — responds to every inbound lead within seconds, qualifies, and routes
- CRM — every lead logged and scored automatically, no manual entry
- WhatsApp and email — connected so follow-up doesn't depend on someone remembering to send it
- Calendar — qualified leads can book directly, without back-and-forth
Implementation phases
Phase 1 — Revenue Audit
We review your current website, lead intake, response speed and follow-up flow. Every gap gets documented before anything is built. You provide access to your current site and a sense of your lead volume; we provide the written findings.
Phase 2 — System Design
Website, AI agent, CRM, WhatsApp, email and calendar flow are mapped before building anything. Scope, timeline and expected outcomes are agreed in writing — before any cost is committed. You confirm which tools you already use; we design around them rather than replacing them by default.
Phase 3 — Build & Connect
The website layer is built, automations are connected, and the agent is configured and trained on your actual services and pricing logic. The full lead journey is tested end to end. You provide feedback during review checkpoints; we don't go live until the full flow passes testing.
Phase 4 — Launch & Improve
We go live, monitor real lead data, refine prompts, fix bottlenecks, and adjust based on what actually happens — not assumptions. This isn't a hand-off-and-disappear model.
What you provide vs. what we build
You provide: access to your current website (if one exists), details of your existing tools, and timely feedback during the design and review checkpoints. We build: the website structure and copy, the AI agent configuration, the CRM and channel integrations, and the testing that confirms it all works together before launch.
Launch, testing and handover
Before anything goes live, the full lead journey is tested end to end — a simulated inquiry moving through the website, the AI response, the CRM log, and the follow-up sequence. Nothing launches until that full path passes. At handover, you receive access to whatever dashboard or reporting is part of your setup, along with a plain explanation of how to make small adjustments yourself.
After launch: maintenance and iteration
We monitor real lead data after launch, review how the AI agent is actually performing, and run improvement cycles — refining prompts, fixing bottlenecks, and adjusting based on what real leads do, not what we assumed they'd do during design.
What's not included
This is a lead-response and conversion system — not paid advertising management, content marketing, or sales training for your team. We connect and automate what happens after a lead reaches you; we don't manage how leads are generated in the first place.
When a full Revenue System is too much
If your current lead volume is low, or you don't yet have consistent inbound inquiries, a full system is likely more than you need right now. A Business Website or a standalone AI Sales Manager makes more sense until volume is the actual bottleneck — we'll say so directly if that's what the audit shows.
How it's scoped and priced
There's no fixed package price, because no two lead-flow setups are the same. The Revenue Audit maps your current gaps, and the fixed proposal that follows reflects exactly what needs to be built — not a generic tier applied regardless of fit.
Questions
Do I need a new website to start?+
No — if your current site is structurally sound, we build on top of it. See Lead Generation Website for what "structurally sound" actually means.
What if I only need the AI layer, not the full system?+
Start with AI Sales Manager — you can expand into a full system later without starting over.
How long does the whole process take?+
Typically 6–10 weeks from kickoff, depending on scope and what's already in place.
What happens if my needs change mid-build?+
Scope changes are discussed and agreed in writing before they're implemented — nothing is added or changed silently.
Is pricing fixed once agreed?+
Yes — you receive a fixed proposal after the Revenue Audit, before any build begins, not an open-ended estimate that grows later.
