Banking × Supply Chain

Banking and supply chain setup for cross-border ecommerce

Two things stall new ecommerce founders: getting a payout account a marketplace will accept, and getting goods moving from China. Latynex readies both — a banking-ready company and the DDP supply chain behind it, from one operator.

The two blockers

A registered company doesn't get you paid — or shipped

The entity is the easy part. These are the two things that actually decide whether you can trade.

Getting paid

Your company and documents are prepared for banking and payment-provider review — Wise, Revolut, Stripe, Mercury. We don't guarantee approval (that's the provider's decision under their KYC/AML), but we prepare the strongest application and coordinate alternatives if one rejects.

Getting goods

Sourcing and moving product from China: DDP freight with duties and VAT pre-paid, customs clearance, FBA prep and delivery — the logistics side Latynex has run for years. See DDP shipping →

What makes this different

Banking readiness and the China supply chain, together

Formation agents stop at the entity; freight forwarders stop at the port. Latynex covers the whole line — company, payout readiness and the goods.

Company + banking

One point of contact

FAQ

Banking & supply chain — common questions

Can you guarantee a Wise, Revolut, Stripe or Mercury account?
No. We prepare your company and documents for banking and payment-provider review. Final approval is made solely by the relevant provider based on their internal KYC/AML and compliance policies. We prepare the strongest possible application and coordinate alternatives if needed.
Do you handle both the company and the shipping from China?
Yes. The company, VAT/EORI and payout-account readiness are handled on the Company side; DDP freight from China, FBA prep and delivery are handled by Latynex Logistics — one operator across the whole path.
What if a bank rejects my application?
We help understand the likely reason and explore alternatives. We prepare the strongest possible application and coordinate with alternative providers.
How long does setup take?
Estonia OÜ: 3–10 business days. US LLC: 1–4 weeks. UK LTD: 24–72 hours. Banking timelines depend on the provider.
Do you provide tax or legal advice?
No. We provide business setup coordination and infrastructure planning. Tax and legal advice is provided through qualified partners.
