A review ends in a report, and many readers go first to the red-flag summary. For a Finnish counterparty this page describes how a point reaches that summary, how it is told apart from a gap, and what sits beside each entry.
A red flag is a finding that a cited source supports and that bears on the transaction, such as a difference between your papers and an official entry. It is listed with its source and its marking. A gap is different: a point no source could establish is marked unavailable and listed apart, because the absence of a source is not in itself a concern.
Where nothing is flagged, the report says no obvious discrepancy was found in the reviewed sources. That is not a clearance.
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) states that the details in the Finnish Trade Register are public and that anyone is entitled to obtain information about the entries in the register, except for beneficial owner details.
PRH states that the Virre Information Service lets users search for details about companies and housing companies in the Finnish Trade Register, and that basic details and Trade Register extracts can be viewed and downloaded free of charge there.
PRH lists the joint company and organisation search at ytj.fi, run by PRH and the Finnish Tax Administration, among the free information services open to all.
PRH states that, unlike other details entered in the Finnish Trade Register, the details on beneficial owners are not public, while the information that a notification has been registered is public.
PRH states that people responsible for a company or authorised to represent it can download a beneficial owner extract for their company, and beneficial owners can download their own details, through the Beneficial Owner Information Service; other beneficial owner details can be accessed only for the purposes provided in the Finnish Anti-Money Laundering Act.

The report does not say a company is safe or sound.
Every finding in the report already carries its marking and its source.
A finding enters the summary when a cited source shows a difference from your papers or raises a concern in public commercial material.
Points marked unavailable are listed separately, so a gap is not read as a flag.
Each entry names the source in the source log it rests on.
Research reports what can be established from public and provided sources. It is not a guarantee about a counterparty's future conduct and not legal advice.
