Why We Built Latynex
Latynex exists because importing from China shouldn't require a consultant, a customs broker, and three weeks of back-and-forth to get a straight answer on cost.
The Problem We Saw
SMEs importing from China were getting the same experience decade after decade: opaque quotes, surprise charges at destination, no one available on WhatsApp, and logistics companies designed for large enterprise clients. A small brand importing 300 kg of electronics couldn't get the same clarity and service as a Fortune 500 buyer — even though they needed it more.
Why DDP-First
Import duties and VAT caught importers off guard constantly. A great landed cost calculation would unravel the moment the shipment arrived and customs charges appeared. We built Latynex around DDP as the default because we believe every quote should be the final number — not a starting point for surprises.
