Our Story
Why We Built Latynex
Latynex exists because importing from China shouldn't require a consultant, a customs broker, and three weeks of back-and-forth to get a straight answer on cost.
The Problem We Saw
SMEs importing from China were getting the same experience decade after decade: opaque quotes, surprise charges at destination, no one available on WhatsApp, and logistics companies designed for large enterprise clients. A small brand importing 300 kg of electronics couldn't get the same clarity and service as a Fortune 500 buyer — even though they needed it more.
Why DDP-First
Import duties and VAT caught importers off guard constantly. A great landed cost calculation would unravel the moment the shipment arrived and customs charges appeared. We built Latynex around DDP as the default because we believe every quote should be the final number — not a starting point for surprises.

Our operations are anchored in China — not managed remotely from a European office. Supplier pickups, pre-shipment inspections, export documentation, and local consolidation are handled by our team on the ground. DDP Shipping
Duty, customs and VAT treatment stated in the written quotation. Door-to-door where quoted, from common Chinese sourcing cities.
Amazon FBA
FNSKU prep, carton labels, DDP delivery to EU, US and UAE fulfilment centres.
Air Freight
Standard 5–14 days and express 3–5 days. Daily departures from Shanghai, Shenzhen, GZH.
Sea Freight
FCL and LCL ocean shipping. 18–40 days. DDP quoted where feasible.
Rail Freight
New Silk Road — China to Germany in 18–25 days. Weekly block train departures.
Warehouse Consolidation
Multi-supplier pickup, consolidation, inspection and export packing at origin.

Receive your written quote
Where DDP is feasible we send a quote showing freight, duties, VAT treatment, customs and delivery as stated lines. Do not assume every charge is included unless it is stated in the written quotation. Timing depends on shipment details.
We take it from there
From supplier pickup in China to delivery at your door or Amazon FC, as scoped in your quotation — we coordinate the shipment and share status updates as the carrier and service allow.
