We confirm the technical specification, documents and payment scheme. The order is placed with the manufacturer only after your confirmation.

The manufacturer builds the equipment to order. We organize international delivery and support the documents up to the agreed destination point.

Can I order a single unit?
The minimum order depends on the factory and model. We confirm it with the manufacturer and state it in the offer.
Which countries do you serve?
Our priority is Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia and other CIS countries, and we also consider requests from other countries. Delivery and payment terms are agreed separately for each country.
How is the price formed?
The price depends on the model, configuration, quantity and delivery terms. It is fixed in the written offer you receive on request.
Which documents do you provide?
The document set depends on the equipment and destination country. At the offer stage we tell you which documents the manufacturer provides and what may be required additionally.
Do you handle installation and commissioning?
Installation and commissioning are not part of the standard supply. If you need them, we discuss them separately and record them in the written terms.
