An industrial storage system is not just a large battery. It combines cells, a battery management system, a power conversion system (PCS), an energy management system (EMS), cooling and fire protection. Two systems of the same capacity can differ widely in scope, so a price cannot be compared without the list of what is included.

We match systems from Chinese manufacturers to your parameters: capacity, power, grid connection and installation conditions. Every offer is brought to one format: what is included, terms, lead time and warranty.

Applications

What problem the storage solves

The use case sets the ratio of capacity to power, and therefore the type of system.

Peak shaving

The system charges at low demand and discharges at peak. It lowers contracted power and the load on the grid connection.

Backup power

Seamless transfer to storage during a grid outage. Power, run time and the stand-alone mode of the converter are what matter.

Working with solar

Daytime output is stored and used in the evening. We define whether DC-coupled or AC-coupled connection is needed.

Microgrids and remote sites

Storage together with a generator or solar where the grid is weak or missing. Parallel operation and off-grid mode are confirmed per model.

Charging hubs

Support for charging stations where the site's connected power is limited.

Commercial buildings and warehouses

Combined with on-site generation and tariff strategies. We work out the economics with you; offers contain technical terms only.

What to define

Parameters for your request

Capacity, kWh

How much energy you need to store. State the usable capacity you need: the nameplate capacity of a system is always larger.

Power, kW

How much power the system must deliver and absorb. The ratio of capacity to power sets the run time at full load.

Connection

Voltage and connection scheme to your grid, grid operator requirements, parallel or stand-alone operation.

Site and climate

Indoors or outdoors, temperatures, altitude, humidity. They determine cooling and the protection class.

Control

Whether integration with your dispatch system, remote access or a specific data format is needed.

Documents and safety

Fire protection, test and document requirements of the destination country and your insurer. We clarify them with the manufacturer before the order.

Typical parameters

Orientation values for industrial cabinets

Values come from manufacturer datasheets and help to phrase a request correctly. A written offer confirms exact models and configuration.

Cell chemistryLFP (lithium iron phosphate), typical cells of about 300 Ah
Cabinet capacityTypical lines of about 261 and 418 kWh; larger capacity comes from connecting several cabinets
Converter powerAbout 125 kW for a 261 kWh cabinet and about 210 kW for a 418 kWh cabinet; other combinations on request
Connection voltage400 V for smaller systems, 690 or 800 V AC for larger ones; confirmed per model
CoolingLiquid cooling in typical large cabinets; air cooling in compact systems
Protection classAbout IP54 for the battery compartment; for outdoor installation we confirm the climate version
Cabinet weightSeveral tonnes: a prepared foundation and lifting equipment are needed for unloading
Price, lead time, warrantyStated by the manufacturer in the offer

Price, scope of supply, documents and warranty are fixed in a written offer. The values above are orientation values, not a commitment.

Process

How a storage purchase works

Five steps; the order is placed with the manufacturer only after your confirmation.

  1. 01

    Use case and parameters

You describe the goal (peaks, backup, solar), the capacity and power needed, the site and the grid connection.

  2. 02

    System selection

We match your use case with manufacturers that have suitable cabinets or containers and clarify the scope: cells, converter, EMS, cooling.

  3. 03

    Comparison in one format

Offers are brought into one table: scope of supply, voltage, cooling, lead time, warranty, payment and shipping terms.

  4. 04

    Agreement

We confirm documents, configuration and the supply scheme. Siting and connection questions are settled before the order.

  5. 05

    Production and delivery

The manufacturer assembles the system to order. We organise international delivery and follow the documents to the agreed point.

How we work

What to know

  • Lithium batteries are dangerous goods: transport needs special documents and packing, which affects lead time and shipping cost.
  • Installation, commissioning and grid connection are not part of the standard supply. If you need them, we discuss them separately.
  • Grid connection and parallel operation follow the requirements of the grid operator in your country: we clarify them in advance.
  • Certificates and test reports depend on the model and market. We request the document list from the manufacturer and share it before the order.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

How does a BESS differ from a UPS?

A UPS protects sensitive load for minutes and switches instantly. A storage system is designed for hours of operation and energy management tasks: peak shaving, storing solar output, site backup.

What capacity should I choose?

It depends on the use case. For peaks we work from the load profile, for backup from power and the run time you need. If you have no profile, describe the site and we will help estimate an order of magnitude and confirm it with the manufacturer.

What does liquid cooling mean?

The battery compartment is cooled with liquid instead of air. It helps keep cell temperature even in hot climates and at high power. It is confirmed separately for each model.

Can I order a single system?

The minimum order depends on the factory and model. We clarify it with the manufacturer and state it in the offer.

Do you install the system?

Installation and commissioning are not part of the standard supply. If you need them, we discuss them separately and note them in the request.

Can storage be combined with a generator or solar panels?

Yes, it is a common setup. Tell us in the request what is already on site and we will match systems that work together.

Describe the task and we will match storage

Capacity, power and destination country are enough. We will clarify the rest.
