How Latynex Operates
What we do, how we communicate, what you can expect at every stage and where we won't overcommit. This page exists because we believe logistics decisions should be made with accurate information.
Principles
Why Clients Work With Us
Six things we commit to on every engagement — quote, freight booking or assessment.
We explain what we do and why
Every recommendation in a quote or assessment comes with a reason. We don't present freight options as a black box — we explain mode selection, cost structure and customs position so you can make an informed decision.
We produce written documentation
Freight quotes are documented cost breakdowns — not verbal estimates. Assessments are structured written reports. You receive a document you can share with your team, accountant or supplier.
We flag problems before they become expensive
If we identify a risk in your shipment plan — a missing document, an incorrect HS code, an FBA compliance issue — we tell you before booking, not after the goods have left China.
We don't work with undisclosed margins
Our quotes show the cost components. We don't add undisclosed margins to carrier rates or customs fees. If we earn on a service, it's visible in the quote.
We respond in your language
We communicate in English, German and Russian. Responses via WhatsApp within 2 hours during business hours. Email responses same business day. You don't wait for an automated reply.
We don't oversell capacity we don't have
If we can't handle your shipment — unusual cargo, an unsupported route, a timeline we can't meet — we tell you directly. We would rather decline than underdeliver.
Process
How a Freight Quote Works
From your first message to goods delivered and documented.
You submit your shipment details
Origin, destination, cargo type, weight, CBM, Incoterm, DDP or FBA requirement. Via the quote form, WhatsApp or email.
We review and cost the route
We check carrier rates, customs duty for your HS code, destination handling and any DDP or FBA-specific requirements. This takes 2–4 hours for standard routes.
You receive a documented quote
A written cost breakdown — freight, duties, handling and last-mile. All line items visible. No items billed later that weren't in the quote.
You confirm and we book
On confirmation we book the carrier and send you booking confirmation with expected departure and estimated arrival dates.
We track and update you
You receive status updates at departure, during transit and at destination. WhatsApp or email — whichever you prefer.
Delivery and documentation close
On delivery you receive customs entry documents, proof of delivery and any duty receipts. Full documentation retained for 12 months.
Process
How an Assessment Works
From scenario submission to written report.
You submit your scenario
Cargo details, supplier quote, Incoterm, destination, any FBA requirements or specific concerns. The more detail, the more targeted the review.
A specialist is assigned
A logistics specialist reviews your scenario. Not an AI tool — a person who has handled similar shipments and knows the specific risks for your route and product type.
Full review conducted
We check: route options, HS code and duty rate, document requirements, FBA compliance, Incoterm risks, DDP vs DAP cost comparison, supplier quote clause by clause.
Report delivered within 48 hours
A structured PDF — not a template with names changed. Each finding is specific to your scenario with a clear recommendation.
Follow-up included
Starter: one round of email questions. Business: 30-minute call. Strategic: 60-minute call plus a written follow-up memo.
Communication
Response Times and Standards
Published commitments — not aspirational targets.
Coverage
Routes We Operate
Active routes with confirmed carrier relationships. Each route page includes transit times, cost guidance and customs notes.
Assessment Methodology
How the assessment review works
The assessment is not a questionnaire with automated output. A logistics specialist reviews your scenario using carrier rate data, HS code databases and customs tariff schedules for your specific destination.
Each of the six review areas — route, Incoterms, landed cost, documents, FBA compliance and supplier quote — is addressed specifically for your shipment. Where a finding exists, we explain what it is, why it matters and what to do about it.
The report is delivered as a structured PDF within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Business and Strategic packages include a call after delivery to discuss the findings.
Route & Mode
Air, sea or rail recommendation based on your cargo weight, volume, deadline and cost priority. Specific origin port and destination airport or port named.
Incoterms
Review of your supplier's Incoterm offer. Identification of any hidden cost exposure — EXW origin charges, unbudgeted customs fees, risk of loss in transit.
Landed Cost
Freight + import duty (at correct tariff rate for your HS code) + VAT or GST + customs entry + port handling + last-mile. Per-unit cost where relevant.
Documents
Customs clearance document list for your specific cargo type and destination. Includes any certificates, origin documents or compliance declarations required.
FBA Compliance
Carton weight and dimension check, FNSKU label requirement, shipment creation type, direct injection vs. prep centre routing for Amazon FC.
Supplier Quote
Clause-by-clause review of your pro forma invoice or price sheet. Payment terms, packaging exclusions, origin surcharges, certificate responsibilities.
