China Warehouse Consolidation — Multiple Suppliers, One Shipment
We collect from all your Chinese suppliers, consolidate in our China warehouse, apply FBA prep or QC, and ship as one optimised freight. Lower cost, less complexity.
Consolidation Services
What We Do in Our China Warehouse
From multi-supplier pickup to a single consolidated export — all value-added services completed in China before the shipment leaves.
Multi-Supplier Collection
We collect from multiple Chinese factories or warehouses and bring all cargo to our consolidation warehouse before export. No limit on the number of suppliers — we coordinate pickup schedules so that cargo from all factories is ready for consolidation at the same time.
Cargo Consolidation & Optimisation
All goods are combined into one optimised shipment — reducing freight cost compared to each supplier shipping separately. We pack to maximise CBM efficiency within the container or air cargo unit, and document each supplier's goods separately within the combined shipment.
Quality Inspection (QC)
Optional pre-consolidation quality check — we inspect quantities, packaging condition, product labeling, carton markings and visible damage on arrival at the warehouse. Discrepancies are photographed and reported to you before the shipment is consolidated. QC reduces post-delivery disputes with suppliers.
FBA Prep & FNSKU Labeling
For Amazon FBA shipments: FNSKU labels applied per unit, carton build to Amazon's weight (≤23 kg) and dimension requirements, box content information prepared for Seller Central upload. Poly-bagging, bubble-wrap and suffocation warning labels applied where required by Amazon category rules.
Flexible Onward Shipping
Consolidated cargo can be dispatched by air, sea or rail — we book the right mode for your timeline and budget. For urgent consolidated shipments, air freight can be arranged. For regular volume, sea FCL or LCL. For China–Europe, rail is also available from our inland warehouse locations.
Inventory Visibility
We track each supplier's goods as they arrive at the warehouse and notify you when all cargo is received. You can see which suppliers have delivered and which are outstanding before the consolidation window closes — giving you visibility to chase late deliveries before they hold up the shipment.
The Process
How China Warehouse Consolidation Works
Seven stages from supplier delivery to consolidated shipment departure.
The value of consolidation is in coordination and timing. When goods from multiple suppliers arrive at the warehouse within a short window, they can be prepped, checked, packed and shipped together as one optimised unit — with one set of documents, one booking and one delivery at destination. Latynex manages the coordination so you don't have to chase each supplier individually.
Send your supplier list and cargo details
Provide your list of suppliers with their factory addresses, the expected cargo from each (description, approximate weight and CBM), your destination and preferred shipping mode. We confirm the consolidation timeline and warehouse address for each supplier to deliver to.
Supplier deliveries to Latynex warehouse
Each supplier delivers their goods to our consolidation warehouse — or we arrange pickup from suppliers who cannot self-deliver. We photograph and weigh incoming cargo on arrival and log each supplier's delivery against your order list.
Incoming goods check and QC (optional)
On receipt, we perform an incoming check: carton count vs packing list, packaging condition, visible damage and outer labeling. If you have requested QC, we open cartons and check quantities, product condition and labeling at this stage. Any issues are photographed and reported before consolidation proceeds.
FBA prep or repack (if required)
For FBA shipments: FNSKU labeling per unit, carton rebuild to Amazon spec, box content upload to Seller Central. For non-FBA: repacking to export-grade cartons if supplier packaging is unsuitable for international freight, destination address labels applied, and any specific marking requirements met.
Consolidation and container stuffing
All cargo is consolidated into one container (for FCL sea), one air cargo unit (for air freight) or one rail container. Packing is optimised for CBM efficiency and weight distribution. A combined packing list is prepared listing each supplier's goods within the consolidated shipment.
Export customs and shipment dispatch
The consolidated shipment is cleared for export under a single commercial invoice and export declaration. This is the key efficiency of consolidation — one set of export documents, one bill of lading or airway bill, one freight booking. The shipment departs from our nearest port or airport for the agreed mode.
International freight and import clearance
Your consolidated cargo travels via air, sea or rail to the destination. Our customs broker at destination handles import clearance. For DDP, all import duties and VAT are pre-paid. For FBA, we book the Amazon delivery appointment and manage handoff to the fulfilment centre.
When to Consolidate
When Warehouse Consolidation Makes Sense
Consolidation is not always the right choice — here is when it adds clear value.
You order from 2+ suppliers simultaneously
If you regularly place orders with multiple Chinese factories at the same time, consolidation into one shipment almost always reduces your total landed cost. The freight saving from combining LCL shipments is typically greater than the consolidation fee.
You need FBA prep across multiple suppliers
If your products require FNSKU labeling, specific carton dimensions or other FBA prep, doing it in China (in our warehouse) is cheaper than paying a US or EU prep centre. Consolidation brings all supplier goods together in one location for consistent prep before export.
Your suppliers use inconsistent packaging
Not all Chinese factories pack to international freight standards. Consolidation gives us the opportunity to repack goods into export-grade cartons, check packaging integrity and correct any issues before goods leave China — avoiding damage claims at destination.
You want QC before goods leave China
Once a shipment leaves China, raising a quality dispute with the supplier becomes harder and slower. QC at the consolidation warehouse — counting, checking and photographing — gives you documented evidence and the ability to request rectification while the goods are still in China.
